I wonder whether people would like to see it leave the WIKI. Starting with linking it might be better for now.

We currently have https://developer.fedoraproject.org/start/sw/web-app/about.html for web applications, so it can be created as an entry there.
However, we probably don't want it in that great a detail here. A simple installation and setup so one can get it running locally and then a link to an entry in the new Fedora documentation would be enough.
