The settings were only being saved when the save button was pressed and not when the back button is pressed. So the back button acted like a cancel button which makes sense on a web page on a desktop, but doesn't necessarily make sense on a phone where the back arrow is usually used to go back (while saving the settings). Commit c7ab2ae should save the settings on back button press as well.

Thanks for the catch on the app name (which also lead to correction of short name and description) in commit c2fc112.

As to the other suggestions for improvement, I'll take them into consideration for future.
