Weather keys update

I started using a new API (openweatherapp) instead of the old one (darksky) due to lack of city information. This city information was previously obtained by Google's location API, but the pay model changed and I was forced to find a new API.

I was not able to find a list of all the potential parameters that can be outputted by the weather.main and weather.description, so I need to find them when the weather changes.

Improve location finding service

The location that the weather app is giving doesn't seem to be reliable. Find a more reliable data source.

Night rain image link is broken

Fix loading order

Defaults load before appropriate information is obtained. For example, if it is night time, do not load the day time background first. Do not load temporary data first. Wait for API.

Improve responsiveness

• Scale Image based on window size
• Rearrange and resize text as necessary
• Set breakpoints for window if appropriate (i.e. with Bootstrap)
