yes.. I like it, maybe the entry in the main overview list can go bold+blue instead of bold+black

+1 for this. It can also be used as some kind of a "stability check" of every diff.

Real life example:
I have a panel with status of a few sensors. Sometimes my panel have a problem with reading data from sensors and then it shows many different error messages. After a few minutes of retries and strange errors, in most cases the data loads correctly. If changedetector hits the time slot, when there is no sensor data, I will get many notifications about changes.
It would be nice to have also an option for "more intense checks" (like X times often than normal) when change is found and "stability check" is set (so as not to wait e.g. to the next day when the watch is set to long intervals).
