This is a simple Shiny app that lets you create your own custom animal animation by clicking on different animal images. Each time you click on an animal, a heart will appear and the selected animal will be added to the list below. You can add up to five animals to the list, and each animal will appear with its own heart.

This package is a compilation of functions to analyze pos-mosaicking images from research fields, and allows to: crop the image; remove soil effect; build vegetation indices; rotate the image; build the plot shapefile; extract information for each plot; and evaluate stand count, canopy percentage, and plant height.
