It can be fixed from /move/language/tools/move-package/src/compilation/compiled_package.rs by changing
CompiledUnit::Script(named) => named.name.as_str(),
to
CompiledUnit::Script(_) => compiled_unit.source_path.file_name().unwrap().to_str().unwrap(),
or
can be fixed from /move/language/tools/move-cli/src/sandbox/commands/run.rs by change

            let script_opt = package
            .scripts()
            .find(|unit| unit.source_path.file_stem() == script_path.file_stem());

to

             let file_contents = std::fs::read_to_string(script_path)?;
             let script_opt = package
            .scripts()
            .find(|unit| unit.unit.source_map().check(&file_contents));
