Mediatomb 0.12 seg faults when the lastfmlib patch is applied

I believe this is caused by a missing lastfm section in you mediatomb config 
file.

Try adding this in the root of your mediatomb config file. (inside the config 
tag
that is)

<lastfm enabled="yes">
    <username>theuser</username>
    <password>thepassword</password>
</lastfm>

You're dead right! I added those configuration lines to my config.xml just 
before the
closing </config> tag and Mediatomb no longer seg faults :-) Thanks very, very 
much
indeed. Last.fm support is without doubt the killer feature for Mediatomb 0.12!

However, when the lastfmlib patch is applied and mediatomb is run for the first 
time
these required configuration lines are not added to the auto generated 
config.xml.

Yes those lines should be added by default, but my knowledge of the mediatomb 
source
is limited and I haven't spent any time looking at the config code. Should be 
improved...

The patch has been updated:

- lastfm section gets added to the default config file
- fix crash when lastfm was disabled
- transcoded files should get scrobbled now
