This is implemented on branch "issue-48", which is branched from "develop". Purpose of this change is that some users (such as HK) do not want to use the default CSS files in their ePubs (and overriding the CSS declarations becomes tedious, to say the least). I am not wild about this implementation because it creates a tight dependency because it involves overriding the "generateCssLinks" named template from the xhtml plugin and so if there is a change to that template, then this copy might need to be changed to. Better solution might be to force users to override "generateCssLinks" in their own ePub plugins/XSL-overrides so that the base plugin does not have said dependency. (Do need to keep the other changes related to this issue, such as the build file changes.)

I think this is reasonable--easier to maintain the code then to force users to override it.
