So for example, when 1.7 is released, compatibility is for 1.7 and 1.6, or you mean django 1.7 + 1.6 and 1.5?

The first purpose is only support two stable versions. When django 1.7 is released, 1.7 and 1.6 versions should be the supported versions.

But, this policy can be more lax, and support three versions. But I like the idea of a fast deprecation policy.

Using my first purpose, If any one would use django 1.5 should use django-hstore 1.2.x. New versions of django-hstore (1.3.x) will support only django 1.6 and 1.7. When django 1.8 is released, django-hstore should release 1.4.x...

It's ok for you if we keep support for django 1.5 until 1.8 is released? Unless is too complicated..
