Okay, we wrote draft functions for run_ensemble and lammps_ensemble, which @velocirobbie tested successfully.
However, a few related issues arose, and we want to change the default location of the Sweep directory, which contains all the input files to sweep over.

We're making good progress on this. Taking two people off the assignees. Robbie and I do have to make examples in FabMD and FabDummy though...

FabDummy ensemble example should now work using fab localhost dummy_ensemble
@velocirobbie Could you test this perhaps?

This runs the ensemble but has the issue i have raised in #42, for some reason the files in the SWEEP directory are copied to the FabDummy/config_files/dummy_ensemble/ directory
