Hi @Mezzle,

you'll have to give node['newrelic']['php_agent']['config_file'] the value to the path of your newrelic.ini (eg. /etc/php5/conf.d/newrelic.ini). There's no sane default for this anymore since 2.0.0 - however, ideally we would need to check whether the value has been set prior to declaring the template resource...

could you verify whether that value is actually set? The fact that the value is unset is definitely what is the root of the issue you are experiencing...

How are you setting the value exactly? Try setting it simply via role or environment attributes...
