Add a schema validator

Not in the near future. Most of my time is taken by different projects (built on D:YAML) at the moment so right now I just keep maintaining D:YAML and adding minor improvements once in while. Also, there are higher-priority features, e.g. a range based API so D:YAML API can be fully stabilized.

That said, pull requests are welcome if someone else implements a schema validator (or other features that make sense with a YAML library).

Since you say say you want to add a range based API. Do you plan to propose it as Phobos module?

Yes, eventually. But not in the near future. Some parts of Phobos need fixing/replacement before that happens, at least std.stream and Variant.
