After searching a word, the "Add Word" button re-adds the current result

Just a small comment as some of this behavior is intentional. It makes sense that a word could be added more than once as one word can have more than one meaning. It also makes sense that a meaning could be related to different word (Synonymous).

The "Add button re-adds" is a bug only in the case in which all the fields are exactly the same. Furthemore it is more like a missing feature than a bug.

In the password manager scenario different entries for a service are possible (ex. having more than one gmail account) and different services for a same "field" (being abstract as some things need to be defined) are possible (ex. using same username for github and twitter).

In conclusion, duplicity cannot be checked against one only field but against the complete set of data instead. As a matter of fact the "atomic content type" that cannot be duplicated is that resulting from considering the complete set of data, not the isolated pieces that form it.

Regarding the rest of comments/issues/bugs/feature requests mentioned I completely agree.
