Babel Plugin incompatible with DocPad v6.80

Looks like this might be due to coffee-script v1 rename & update to coffeescript v2.

Docpad v6.79.0 seems to run. (I have a broken front end, but that could be this project ha)

Looking at the logs the DocPad Babel Plugin needs to be upgraded to CoffeeScript v2

I've invited @williammalo to the @docpad org. If he accepts he can transfer the repository https://github.com/williammalo/docpad-plugin-babel over to the @docpad org. He will also need to run:

npm owner add bevryme balupton
npm owner add bevryme docpad-plugin-babel

That way that community can maintain the plugin, which should be as easy as running boundation on it.
