Can't Renew SSL using dokku-letsencrypt: Manifest Unkown

The only thing I can ascertain is that my version of Dokku is very old.  I’m going to try to setup a new server with the latest version of Dokku and Dokku-letsencrypt and see if that solves it.  Mitchell Gould

Patch your version to use the 0.1.1 image, or upgrade dokku (please read the upgrade guides!) and letsencrypt.

I don't have the original image anymore, it was accidentally overwritten by CI by a completely different image, so I had to delete it.

Please just upgrade Dokku. The version of the plugin and the software is years old at this point.

Thank you @etewiah #314 helped temporarily. I will follow @josegonzalez and upgrade Dokku on another droplet and deploy my app there for a more permanent fix.
