MetaData should contain information if there are rules that runs on the server only for members, basically a boolean. That way we know on the client wether or not to wait for the server result before we can move on.

Add for command an observable property called something like isValidating() - set to true when there are validators (Both Input and business) on the server that will run that is not on the client. When response from executing command gets back to client, asynchronously, set this to false and add any validation errors into the respective fields and/or object validators.
