There isn't such an ability in Chai as Promised, because there is no such ability in Chai for testing thrown exceptions in the same way. (Remember, sync exceptions <-> async rejections.)

The best you can do is

return getPromiseSomehow({ oh: 'this is bad arg' }).then(undefined, function (r) {
  r.should.have.property('status', 400);
  r.should.have.property('name', 'you messed up arg');
});

(or use .should.notify(done) if you're not using Mocha as Promised or similar.)

I'd be happy to add other rejection-checking assertions to Chai as Promised, but they'd need to be added to Chai's exception-checking assertions first.
