It feels like the framebuffer is being rendered too small for the frame. Or maybe the framebuffer is not actually resized.

The only way I have found to solve this is the following:

Window.FramebufferResize += size =>
{
	gl.Viewport(size);
};

This solution still gives you the same view (e.g. your shape cutoff would just be at the top right corner of the window and not the top right corner of the old framebuffer), but it is still better than a cutoff (in my opinion).
