重新打开，然后ctrl加c关闭，再删除试试

还是不行，重启了也删除不掉。
我的情况是：我先选中了 fastgithub_win-x64 这个文件夹，然后删除它，所有的文件都删除掉了，就那个 WinDivert64.sys 文件没被删除，于是我就来提了 issue，上面你说按 ctrl + c ，于是我又把 release 网页里面下载的压缩包再解压到刚刚删除的那个文件夹里面，然后还是删除不掉。

重启设备之后可以删除。
或者执行
sc stop WinDivert1.4
sc delete WinDivert1.4
这是WinDivert的文档，我也还没有实验，如果生效，我将加入手动卸载功能
