Did you try running the code in the notebook? (example_geoparse.ipynb) It should indicate if you aren't able to import the package, or can't connect to the database, or if there's some other problem. That's the state of my testing for the codebase, so there's a lot of functionality that I haven't checked yet. It's likely that there are still plenty of bugs lurking there.

I did get a working python3.7 version. There were a few more things to fix that '2to3' doenst address. I have a fork of the repo that Ill update at some point so you can see the changes but Im still working on some other issues.

The official version has been updated to Python 3, so I'm archiving this repo. https://github.com/stuartemiddleton/geoparsepy
