The image file is saved with the meaningless name used by imagetwist for the full image. It would be better to use the alt attribute or (the same thing) the name from the original link. That would need some extension of the resolver API to allow specifying a save name separate from the resolved image URL. With useServerName set, you can use the DTA renaming mask, but there's no suitable element to use.
