Hi,

this happens because --sftpd-port is 0 by default and 0 means a random port. ftpd-port is -1 by default and so the value from the config file/env is used. Probably it should be better documented

The values "--(s)ftpd-port=0" (random prot) on the command-line and "port" : 0 (disabled) in sftpgo.json mean different things.
This makes me think twice when using the "--(s)ftpd-port" option.
It would be nice to have the same meaning between the command-line "--(s)ftpd-port=<number>" and sftpgo.json/"port":<number>".
