This is a droidplanner issue - it doesn't fetch params by default. DroidPlanner/Tower#773

I'll change this title to disable the params button for flights where the gcs didn't grab params.

Hm, i'm pretty sure they were logs from Mission Planner. This one definitely is, taken from my Mission Planner logs folder, still no dice...

This flight was with 2.4.0-rc2 droidplanner, and the parameter download didn't work for me.

Yah - I should probably disable the parameter button for flights that don't have params (cc @arthurbenemann)
