Hi @AlexMow - I've been digging around in the documentation and haven't had any success finding a way to import/export certificates to the Services stores. According to the documentation Certutil.exe should be able to do this by adding the -service option, but I've had no success using this. Even using CertUtil.exe to do this would be fairly unreliable because it would require a lot of text manipulation.

I'm think directly manipulating the registry would also be a bad idea.

The ideal solution would be to get the PowerShell team that is responsible for this to add support to the cmdlets. It might be worth raising the issue on UserVoice: https://windowsserver.uservoice.com/forums/301869-powershell
