n this one we are loosing the formatting on the number of pieces per envelope. If you look at the original it explains that and in this format those numbers make no sense.
So we need to keep the formatting or make it understandable, if that's not possible we will need to remove it's not confusing.

We could keep the "total records" stuff since that is readable.

Also on all emails I want to eliminate "Sebis direct" we can either delete it or replace it with "AlexEnt Inc."

Looking at this one these "process results" are good to pass on. I may need to review the original email on the other one...maybe the "process results" area was already empty and not removed by us?

This is where having the emails forward immediately will help since I can know what I am comparing to.
