I do not recall a PR for this.

As described above, if you want to get an email address from the form, you just need to change the Google Script to get that form data and use that when sending emails (be aware, this could be used for spamming).

You can add multiple addresses by commas or semicolons or something. Check the Google API used for the email to verify.

Hi @Emualli, yes, simply modify the Google Apps Script to get the Recipient List from the Form POST data.
