I noticed this happens on a fresh project, with the ALS character (with latest github release). If you switch between overlays, it will cause the "need to pee" effect shown in the video. Moving the character will stop it but it continually and randomly reoccurs.
I notice it doesn't happen with the native BP version.
To replicate this issue:
- Open ALS_DemoLevel in ALSV4_CPP Content, and play in editor.
- Select Rifle Overlay, right click to get aim stance, then switch to the injured overlay.

This is an issue with how you retarget your custom character into ALS skeleton. Closed.

Not sure if that is that case as with BP version, no such issue with same character setup.Would be worth to investigate.

This problem is caused by non-matching retarget pose between your custom skeleton and ALS skeleton. The pose of the ALS skeleton may be T-pose in my project, you can start by checking that, but it's definitely not a problem related with C++ implementation.
