create_user ValueError: STARK private key or public key is required

[sxk000]

then i use :
key_pair_with_y_coordinate=client.onboarding.derive_stark_key()
to get a str key

use the key to:

c_user=client.onboarding.create_user(
stark_public_key=key_pair_with_y_coordinate,
stark_public_key_y_coordinate=key_pair_with_y_coordinate,
)

then i get a error ：
dydx3\helpers\requests.py", line 33, in request
raise DydxApiError(response)
dydx3.errors.DydxApiError: DydxApiError(status_code=400, response={'errors': [{'msg': 'User wallet has no transactions, Ethereum or USDC'}]})

is it right ?
what i can do next ?
