Create a table with block rewards

To make sure we have 100% balances for the native token we need to create a table that calculates the reward for each block

Convert tables to use Schemas.

Check if it is worth it to use Schemas for the tables.

Validate or mark invalid blocks (forks)

Find a way to mark invalid blocks or chain reorgs

Define materialized views and projections

For our use case, we want to sync the chains and be able to display some basic things through an API.

We need to define either materialized views or projections for:

• User history.
• Contracts deployers.
• ERC20, ERC721 and ERC1155 balances.
• Native token balances.
• Address funders and receivers.
• Token holders.

Create withdrawals table

Plans to specify license for `evm-indexer` ..?

Really enjoying it,
Would you mind specifying a particular license for the repository, or any plans to whether or not to do if possible

I feel like it would be a contribution worthwhile to the ecosystem if others could built upon.
