Documentation seems misleading

Hi, this is how I use it:

var easypost = require('node-easypost');

Then in my functions I use it like so:

var ep = new easypost(apiSecret);

That's exactly what I would expect, and I'll be using that way myself, I just don't enjoy the fact that I have to go so contrary to the usage instructions in the read.me

Agreed, you could submit a pull request with updated README, I'm sure they'd appreciate it.

I went ahead and did it #7

it looked to me like yours had only hit the first couple of lines where it's originally declared, I also changed the calls to the original easypost (now ep) object further down in the code. I'd already done this is my fork so started a new pull from there.
