Jersey relies on java.net (and other) libraries when evaluating
request URI path. It tries to redirect to normalized
path in order to lookup the right resource for the request.
Currently used (library) methods for URI normalization
remove contiguous slashes. This behaviour needs to be workaround-ed.
The fix will also introduce APT related parameters to give users
better control of URI normalization/canonicalization process
and to enable/disable redirecting.

It should be possible to use contiguous slashes from now on.
One only needs to turn [ResourceConfig.FEATURE_CANONICALIZE_URI_PATH] feature off.
I am going to update [Bookmark] sample to use embedded URI rather than
URI hash as a particular URI id and will see how it works.
