All rest endpoints have been added (/drivers/ranking, /passengers/ranking and /trips/ranking) that show the top drivers/passengers/trips respectively. For drivers and passengers their entire user_table info is returned along with a count of how many trips they were on. For trips (aka. routes) it only returns the departure location and list of destinations since that is what defines a route, all other info in the trip_table is specific per occurrence. It also lists the count of occurrences of those routes of course.
Parameters for startDate and endDate are supported for all 3 endpoints so you can bound your search to a given period of time.
