[FEATURE] Repo rater logo to navigate back to home page

Ah I thought this was already implemented. The GitHub Repos is still the home page, and with the logo being small, I guess people would still prefer to click the button instead of the logo, just my thought. While we can still do this, what I had in mind was, should we make the logo more in theme with the use case, like something that goes with rating things, or replace it with the title - RepoRater? Just a suggestion, I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.

Hey @ArvindParekh I think we can change the title to RepoRater as in this scenario people will prefer to click on the button instead of the icon.
