Update Raspberry PI Howto doc

Maybe I should note three deviations to article:

1. Glide install failure (requires go). Workaround was to pass PATH= to sudo
   curl https://glide.sh/get |sudo PATH=/usr/local/go/bin:$PATH GOPATH=/usr/local/go sh

2. Glide No Dist error has workaround-
   wget https://github.com/Masterminds/glide/releases/download/v0.13.1/glide-v0.13.1-linux-arm64.tar.gz && sudo tar -zxvf glide-v0.13.1-linux-arm64.tar.gz && sudo mv ./linux-arm64/glide /usr/local/bin/

3. make build failed. Solution was sudo apt-get install pkg-config -y

Never mind - this is already covered. Cool.

Note that you will need to replace the part in bold with the path to your own microSD card, and that it should point to the device and not a partition on the device.

Otherwise procedure worked nicely!!
