running scalaxb

The problem with running scalaxb was that schema was missing elementFormDefault="qualified" attribute in usaddress.xsd, but my REPL example used qualified elements.

NoSuchMethodError

I was able to reproduce NoSuchMethodError with almost anything.
It turned out that sbaz had installed old scalaxb.jar in the classpath and that was interfering. After removing it I was able to run the following:

scala> val shipTo = scalaxb.fromXML[ipo.Address](<shipTo>
     |         <name>foo</name>
     |         <street>1537 Paper Street</street>
     |         <city>Wilmington</city>
     |       </shipTo>)
shipTo: ipo.Address = Address(foo,1537 Paper Street,Wilmington)

scala> val document = scalaxb.toXML[ipo.Address](shipTo, "shipTo", ipo.defaultScope)
document: scala.xml.NodeSeq = <shipTo xmlns:unq="http://www.example.com/IPO" xmlns:ipo="http://www.example.com/IPO" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"><name>foo</name><street>1537 Paper Street</street><city>Wilmington</city></shipTo>
