Yes, on visit. It's pretty sporadic.

Tried connecting to the 'HTTP' requests and it worked fine for me. Tried connecting to some 'HTTPS' sites... Worked..
However, application under test is something that needs a certificate installed on browser to authenticate. Is still failing for the same reason.

This is occurring less now than it did before, after upgrading the instance of AWS we're running. @NullVoxPopuli, @PrakashChoudhary-20, are you encountering this error on resource-confined machines?

my issue was actually that my travis config was configured for wrong url - so the error was totally warranted.

I faced the same problem. It's totally a random failure.

This seems to be pretty much occurring not at all anymore. May have been resolved as of the newest phantomjs release, closing

We're up to 2.1.1. Phantom DC has updated to support that release.
