I've submitted a request to the Sonatype OSS repo: https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-3999

tried <dependency>
<groupId&gtcom.efsavage</groupId>
<artifactId>twitter-bootstrap</artifactId>
<version&gt2.0.3</version>
</dependency> this afternoon and got "Could not find artifact com.efsavage:twitter-bootstrap:jar:2.0.4 in central http://172.16.78.28:1234/artifactory/libs-release"

also got
[WARNING] The POM for com.efsavage:twitter-bootstrap:jar:2.0.4 is missing, no dependency information available

The artifact is now in Maven Central: http://search.maven.org/#artifactdetails%7Ccom.efsavage.twitter.bootstrap%7Cbootstrap-maven%7C2.0.4%7Cjar

The dependency is now:

 <dependency>
     <groupId>com.efsavage.twitter.bootstrap</groupId>
     <artifactId>bootstrap-maven</artifactId>
     <version>2.0.4</version>
 </dependency>

yep found it on sonatype, thanks! now if i can just get it to compile.
