For each summarise*() function, ensure that the documentation uses the roxygen2 function linking tag to make reference to the use of functions operating on single df's rather than the wrapper functions (see, https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25489042/linking-to-other-packages-in-documentation-in-roxygen2-in-r)

Note that in ManyAnalysts much of the data wrangling for descriptive statistics tables has been functionalised in an effort to simplify and debug some knitting execution errors in the supplementary material.

Next steps:

• Rm functions from ManyAnalysts and add to ManyEcoEvo, use gh copilot to add roxygen2 documentation
• For documentation, add family: "Generate descriptive statistics" or similar
• Rebuild packag and increment version number
• Update targets pipeline with descriptive stats
• Regenerate targets, regenerate package objects with usethis::
