No wait, good news! Those tests simply don't run by default because the classes weren't named with a Test suffix!
This means they're just failing honestly instead of due to some insidious isolation bug.
I'll leave it to you @bencomp to either "fix" the node counts, or figure out what should actually happen here... 😉

Have renamed tests in my master branch. The dodgy ones are IcaAtomSingleEadTest and IcaAtomMultiLeveledEadTest.
