I am going to write the response. I realice that the problem is related to use mac with docker. There are a lot of performance issues. As workaround I use this plugin:
Now, It is working like a charm

Happy that you had successfully fixed your issue about MacOS performances. Latest Docker for Mac versions has also optimized file exchanges related to Docker.
