Chuncked encoding doesn't seem to work correctly in Chrome

It looks like the problem might be that the Content-Length header is not removed for some reason

I figured out the problem!

1. In https.go:126 we should delete the Content-Length header similar to proxy.go:130
2. In https.go:130 we should always use HTTP/1.1 because HTTP/1.0 does not support chunked encoding :)

I can put together a pull request if you want, but since it's such trivial changes it's might just be easier if you fix it yourself

please let me know if it works now. It's far from ideal, performance-wise, but it should do in the meantime, until I find a better solution.
