I'm afraid no, you can just select options in terms of general QA check parameters:
https://support.crowdin.com/qa-checks/#an-overview-of-qa-check-parameters

Terms won't be ignored currently but a team is already considering such an option (seems quite reasonable), so I will create a task regarding it and keep you updated.

Hi!

If you ignore some words highlighted in spellcheck, they will be ignored only in the selected language.

No, if proofreader/manager ignores potential issues, they are not collected to a list, they are just skipped.

Is there a way to set a global list of words that should be ignored by spell check in all languages?
