Hey @PvtMcBagel, sorry for the late reply! I've had a few issues with my GitHub notifications.
This sounds like a great idea, however I can't think of a way to make this configurable per guild without adding in a load of complexity. We could certainly add it as a config value so that anyone running their own instance of Pinbot could set a threshold value whilst in the main instance this can remain set to 1.
Unfortunately this limits the functionality to only those running their own instance, but nonetheless it's certainly a PR I'd welcome if anyone has the time or inclination
from pinbot.
