Well, SSH is already supported in Welly. To use SSH, type "ssh://" before the 
address
so this would inform Welly to use SSH connection instead of telnet.

The address can be written as:

ssh://your_id@your_site_addr:port_number

to inform Welly use ssh to connect the site:)

yeah.  try
ssh your_id@your_site_addr
ssh -p port your_id@your_site_addr
ssh://your_id@your_site_addr:port
