Please add info file do melpa package

The current melpa package of ESS does not contain an info file. Can
you please add it?

What is the melpa info file?

We don't manage melpa archive and I don't know who did that. I have on
my agenda to arrange melpa things some day but don't know when I will
have time for that. Feel free to contribute.

Unfortunately, the current ESS package within the MELPA package repository does not contain the ess.info file. Thus, reading the manual of ESS in emacs’s info reader does not work.

I think I figured out who is the package maintainer (https://github.com/milkypostman). I’m going to ask him to include the info file.

Oh, damn. I understand now. You mean the info manual. I thought it is
some sort of description of the package needed to package.el
itself. Uff.. retarded indeed.

+1 I trying to find it on a fresh install (Oct 7) Doesn't seem to be there.

I think MELPA supports it at this point. I seen info files built for bbdb. Someone just have to figure what is the syntax and pull a request to MELPA.
