It's easy. Look at the package recipes at http://melpa.milkbox.net/.
You only have to add such a recipe to Melpa. Just open an issue at the
Melpa github page requesting to add an appropriate recipe. You can also
do that with a pull request. Alternatively contact the Melpa authors by
Email, but they prefer using github.
