I suggest you post reproducers for each problem as separate issues. Make sure you use the "embedded" branch of this repository. I wasn't aware of any problems with RISC-V, but happy to investigate any problems you have.

Specifically, I wanted to run mibench in RISCV's pulpino. Many of the grammars in the c code had problems with cross-compilation and could not produce elf files. Have you run mibench on RISCV architecture? Can I share the mibench source code that can be run on RISCV?

We have run some MiBench on RISC-V (see https://www.embecosm.com/2016/05/26/risc-v-compiler-performance-part-1-code-size-comparisons/) as well as the derived BEEBS benchmarks (see http://beebs.eu/).

I can't really help you unless you give a proper bug report. I need to be able to easily reproduce the problem you are seeing in order to investigate. Since it sounds like you have a bug in GCC, I suggest you use the GCC bug reporting guidelines here: https://gcc.gnu.org/bugs/
