The csi-controller pod crashes when pvc is created and try to get bound

Thanks for your helping me debug it. Following these steps, I ran your example successufully. Thank you very much.

[root@qe-shlao-ceph-openstack-cephrbd-1 ceph] # ceph osd pool create ember_volumes 128
[root@qe-shlao-ceph-openstack-cephrbd-1 ceph] # ceph-authtool -c /tmp/ceph.client.ember.keyring -n client.ember --cap osd 'allow rwx pool=ember_volumes' --cap mon 'allow r' --cap mds 'allow rw' --gen-key
[root@qe-shlao-ceph-openstack-cephrbd-1 ceph] # ceph auth add client.ember -i /tmp/ceph.client.ember.keyring

Copy the new content of /tmp/ceph.client.ember.keyring to /etc/ceph/keyring on k8s master.

Edit the ember csi config on ember-csi.yml, the new one is like:
{"volume_backend_name": "rbd", "volume_driver": "cinder.volume.drivers.rbd.RBDDriver", "rbd_user": "ember", "rbd_pool": "ember_volumes", "rbd_ceph_conf": "/etc/ceph/ceph.conf", "rbd_keyring_conf": "/etc/ceph/keyring"

Create ember-csi.yaml, secret, pvc, app again.
