I'd like to get the switchover point a bit clearer so let's keep track of (potentially) blocking issues/questions:
- Do we immediately switch over after the first deploy or are there other blockers?
- Do we link "Guides" button on
emberjs.comtoguides.emberjs.comat that point? - How to map the current Guide URL's to the new ones (bookmarks, search engines).
- Fix SiftType#2

We'd switch over after we add redirects to all current guide pages and then change the guides link to point to the new subdomain.
