All SSD here so I haven't seen it, but let's try to fix it

How about we add a delay before touching the "entry point" css file.

Try this:

Add gulp-wait by running npm install gulp-wait in the root

add this to the top of the gulpfile:

var wait = require('gulp-wait');

and then rewrite

gulp.task('updateEntryPointCSS', function() {
    gulp.src(paths.entryPointSource)
        .pipe(header('/* Updated: ' + Date.now() + ' */\n'))
        .pipe(gulp.dest(paths.entryPointFolderServer))
        .pipe(livereload());
});

into

gulp.task('updateEntryPointCSS', function() {
    gulp.src(paths.entryPointSource)
        .pipe(wait(1000)) /* modify delay as needed */
        .pipe(header('/* Updated: ' + Date.now() + ' */\n'))
        .pipe(gulp.dest(paths.entryPointFolderServer))
        .pipe(livereload());
});

Does that work for you?

That did the trick. Tested my way downward to only needing a 50ms delay (might be even lower - but I stopped at 50ms since that is an acceptable delay in my opinion).
